Neighborhood – just what is it? It is the place we call home, raise our family, and enjoy our quality of life. A neighborhood is the place where people live, play, work, worship, shop, and go to school.

A neighborhood association serves its neighborhood, and by extension, the City of Santa Ana, by collaborating with various community and service organizations and individuals to provide input on issues that affect the neighborhood. It also undertakes efforts to address the concerns of the neighborhood.

A neighborhood association can also serve as simply a fun way to get to know your neighbors.

Our neighborhood associations thrive thanks to the dedication and involvement of our residents, who bring a sense of community and organization to every initiative.

Neighborhood associations can be directed by a steering committee, board of directors or a management team. The members of the steering committee, board of directors or management team should have a long-term commitment of time and energy that they can give to the neighborhood.

Com-Link is committed to working with neighborhood associations, individually as well as with the community of our sixty-five neighborhoods to help improve the quality of life in Santa Ana “block-by-block”.
